A veteran banker who has more than 35 years of domestic and international banking experience. In 1999, at the early stages of four legacy banks’ merger process, Jeffrey was one of the representatives assigned to set up the overseas offices and branches of Bank Mandiri. On top of Indonesia, he has spent most of his two decades of tenure stationed and working overseas such as in Singapore, Japan, and the US, covering various areas such as Correspondent and International Banking, Setting up Overseas Branches and Offices, Banking Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, Assets & Liabilities, Trade and Commodity Finance (TCF). In the last 14 years, Jeffrey has dedicated his time working at an international bank - Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, dealing with TCF catering and servicing the Oil Major, National Oil Company (NOC), International Trading Company.
Sapto Priyono, Co-founder, IT Specialist
Highly skilled professional in the field of IT (Information Technology) with more than 25 years of experience in developing scalable, efficient software application solutions. Proficient in multiple programming languages and agile methodologies, Sapto has been involved in various projects as IT Implementer in the fields of Online Trading, Banking, Insurance, Multimedia/Television, Mining/Gas, Cargo/Courier services. Experienced in handling and leading computer software development/implementation in various projects: Geographic Information System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Market Place, Human Resources Development, Project Management, Shipping and Cargo, Pharmacy Information System, etc. Throughout his career, Sapto has had the privilege of working with esteemed international and national companies, including Egisys AG (Germany), Cybermax (Singapore), Netika (Japan), Woori (Korea), Netwave Multi Media (Indonesia), Pgas Solution, and Cipta Kridatama. Trusted as a Payment Gateway integrator by PT. Telkom, through its subsidiary: Finpay Indonesia, and in addition Sapto is assigned as integrator of Market Places and “Toko Daring LKPP” (online Shops by LKPP-Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute).

Provent track record of success in corporate planning, change management and talent development. Tri has expertise in corporate management, financial management, team management, strategic planning, and additional skills in financial analysis. On top of that, supported by broad coverage of tax related subjects, he holds an important role in the business’ essential strategies by contributing invaluable added value with regard to taxation matters and most importantly, in handling tax optimization and planning so that the company can maximize its financial efficiency. Tri initially has Brevet A and Brevet B certification in taxation.
